Iraq Casualty Count as of 2100 EST, 01/04/2005

Our “Dear Leader” hit a double jackpot today, January 4th. 1200 American men and women have died in Iraq since he pranced around on the aircraft carrier in his flightsuit and famously the mission was declared accomplished. Further, the casualty count broke 10,000 this week. I'm sure he is proud.

7 American men and women have died this month; 1200 since the “Mission Accomplished” sign was hung on the aircraft carrier; 1340 since Bush’s war began.

There have been 1491 total allied deaths. 10,252 American men and women have been wounded, 272 between 12/23 and 1/04. These data come from
Iraq Coalition Casualties who can use our financial support.

Iraqis continue to be killed by the score, with tens of thousands of Iraqi men, women, and children killed and the Iraqi infrastructure virtually destroyed.
