That pathetic preacher Phred Phelps may have outdone himself!

Phred is now praising the tsunami for killing up to 5,000 godless Swedes. He’s hoping that up to 20,000 might bite the waves.

If you don’t know about Phred Phelps, count yourself among the fortunate. Phred is the Baptist minister (really - he’s also an attorney) who wanted to erect a statue commemorating the murder of a kid named Matthew Shepherd in Casper, WY. Phred’s statue would bear the following inscription: "MATTHEW SHEPARD, Entered Hell October 12, 1998, in Defiance of God's Warning: 'Thou shalt not lie with mankind as with womankind; it is abomination.’ Leviticus 18:22." Unsurprisingly, the City of Casper refused Phred’s offer.
