A liberal in North Carolina? You’d be cranky too. My senators are two Bush administration shills: Elizabeth Dole and a breathtaking slime bag named Richard Burr, the Prince of Special Interests. My local member of Congress is Walter B. Jones, a guy who really does want to eliminate the wall between Church and State - and probably cancel the Constitution. My distaste for George Bush and his Administration knows no bounds. Remember, I'm never mistaken but frequently wrong!
I don’t pay attention to sports, but this caught my eye. The Cincinatti Bearcats played the Louisville Cardinals on Saturday in Louisville. Before the game the Cincinatti team taunted Louisville with some sort of disrespectful dance on the Cardinal logo in the center of the field.
Result: Louisville beat Cincinatti 70 to 7.
