After numerous rounds of "We don't even know if Osama is still alive,” Osama himself decided to send Dubya a letter in his own handwriting to let him know he was still in the game. President Bush opened the letter and it appeared to contain a coded message: “370HSSV 0773H.”

The President, Condi, Dick, and the White House Staff were baffled, so they sent the letter to the CIA. The Agency was similarly stumped. They sent it to Rummy and the neo-cons at the Defence Department. Once again, no one had a clue. As a last resort, they sent a copy to Colin Powell at the Department of State.

Secretary Powell took one look, lifted the phone, and called the White House. He left the following message: "Tell the President that he is looking at the message upside down."
