Pat Oliphant is a hoot!

The Oliphant cartoon for March 10th is a hoot. Some poor SOB is stretched across the dungeon from his ankles and wrists being toasted over a kettle of boiling yukiness by a stereotypical Arab. Dear Leader is bending over the victim, hands clasped.
