A liberal in North Carolina? You’d be cranky too. My senators are two Bush administration shills: Elizabeth Dole and a breathtaking slime bag named Richard Burr, the Prince of Special Interests. My local member of Congress is Walter B. Jones, a guy who really does want to eliminate the wall between Church and State - and probably cancel the Constitution. My distaste for George Bush and his Administration knows no bounds. Remember, I'm never mistaken but frequently wrong!
1200 01/26/2005: At least 30 Marines were killed in a helicopter accident during the night in Iraq. Reportedly another 4 Marines died in a separate incident and 1 soldier was killed. I’ll accurately report the sad news with the 2100 daily report.
