Tom the BugBoy

"I understand the Democrat Party's adjustment to their national minority status is frustrating, but their crushing defeat should show them that the American people are tired of the politics of personal
destruction."
Tom DeLay, 11/19/2004

So former exterminator and slimy politician extraordinaire DeLay thinks the American people are tired of the politics of personal destruction? These self-righteous betrayers of their oaths nauseate me.

I wonder what those tired American people who get their news from Fox would think if they knew that the Swift Boat Liars have been completely discredited? Those same tired Americans probably never heard about a report in June by FactCheck.org, a project of the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania found that 75% of the Bush campaign’s 67,000 ads were negative compared to 27% of Kerry’s ads - and Tom the BugBoy has the nerve to blather about politics of personal destruction. Kiss my nether parts!

I actually know people who watch only Fox News, saying that the mainline network are too liberal. Sadly, many Fox News watchers are the same folks who, evidence to the contrary, still believe that Saddam had direct ties to Al Qaeda; had weapons of mass destruction; and was involved in the 9/11 tragedy. All of these “facts” have been disproved over and over again, by weapons inspectors, the 9/11 Commission, and have been accepted by most of the world, even President Bush. That leaves only Fox News watchers (and Dick Cheney) as the remaining true believers. True believers, you’ve got to love them - or something.
